FAQs

If your question is not addressed here, please feel free to contact me at libbiem@gmail.com.

Do you Ebook or Print covers?  I can make both.  Please see Pre-Made Covers for available options that only need your title and name to be complete, or check out the Custom Covers tab to find out more about how to have a cover made to your specifications.

How much do you charge?  Please see the Custom Covers and Pre-Made Covers tabs for current costs.

How do I pay you?  I only accept PayPal payments at this time.

How long does it take to make a cover?  I do my best to turn around orders quickly.  I try to have every cover done within 24 - 48 hours, but sometimes life interferes.  Please allow up to two weeks for completion, especially if there is a lot of "tweaking" involved or if very specific photos are needed.

Can you make a cover with all my characters on it?  I do my best to accommodate authors' wishes, but simple, well-designed covers look best.  I'll work with you to figure out a design that will look great for your book.

I want a very specific look for the characters on my cover.  I will do my best to find usable photos that fit your characters' descriptions.  However, keep in mind that if you want specific poses or situations, that may require a photo shoot to achieve.  I work with a good photographer and I can arrange an estimate for shooting just the look you want.  It will not be inexpensive, though!  A lot of work and a lot of people are involved in photo shoots.

Where do you get the old artwork you use for your historical novel/historical romance covers?  All the artwork I use is verified to be in the public domain.  I obtain it from a wide variety of Creative Commons sources. I keep track of which work I use in each cover, so if you're interested in a Pre-Made Cover for your historical novel or historical romance, I can send you the information on the painting and artist.
